text-decoration: none;">http://idemocracy.asia/<wbr>node/531</a><br /><br />－ 版權音樂免費下載網址（建構中）<br />－ 參考樣帶（建構中）<br /><br />【徵件辦法】<br /><br />一、作品規格<br />1. 影片長度：總長限制在64秒～89秒之間，適合在手機及平板電腦<wbr>等行動裝置觀賞。<br />2. 影片取材：不限制。可參考主辦單位提供之《六四詩選》十首詩作，<wbr>亦可自撰詩文。詩文（或片段）可以但非必須在影片中出現。<br />3. 拍攝手法：影片、動畫均可，器材不拘。<br />4. 影片格式：像素至少720(W)×480(H)的avi / mov / mpg 格式。得獎作品之作者（團體）須提供主辦單位原始檔作品光碟一份<wbr>，屆時將有專人聯繫相關事宜。<br />5. 影片字幕：參賽作品若有對白或旁白，請上中（英）文字幕。<br /><br />二、參選資格：不限，任何人均可參加。同一創作者或團隊之參賽件<wbr>數不限。<br /><br />三、報名方式：<br />【步驟1】請將影片（至少720 x 480以上的畫質）上傳至YouTube（暫不接受其他影片平台<wbr>），並設定為「非公開影片」（僅知道影片連結的使用者才能觀看這<wbr>部影片）；<br />【步驟2】線上填寫「2014六四影像詩短片全球徵件報名表」（<wbr>請按上方「購票」按鈕進入），並逐項填妥報名表以完成線上報名，<wbr>報名是否成功以線上報名系統回覆「報名完成」訊息為準。<br /><br />四、收件截止日期：2014年4月30日23:59:59 截止收件，以電腦紀錄成功填交本報名表之時刻為準。<br /><br />五、獎勵：由入選作品中選出前三名得獎作品，並於2014年6月<wbr>4日「六四」25週年紀念日當天公開頒獎。獎品包括《六四詩選》<wbr>及其他紀念品。評審團及主辦單位有權依實際狀況調整獎項、<wbr>名額及分配方式。<br /><br />六、著作權：<br />1. 音樂、影像及文字等：請注意勿違反著作權相關規定。<br />2. 主辦單位提供免費配樂下載，請見活動網頁。若使用非主辦單位提供<wbr>之受著作權規範音樂素材，參賽者須備妥作品音樂版權授權書，<wbr>通知入圍後需與影片光碟一併提供主辦單位。<br />3. 肖像：影片內之人物，應獲當事人拍攝同意，以免侵害其肖像權。<br />4. 著作權約定：<br />－ 影音內容應以原創為基礎，不可侵犯他人著作權。如有相關侵權行為<wbr>所致之賠償責任，概由參賽者自行負擔；若確有侵權行為，<wbr>主辦單位將取消其得獎資格並追回獎品。<br />－ 主辦單位提供取材之詩作均經作者同意作公益或非商業行為之使用；<wbr>但作者如需詩人同意其它使用權，需自行與詩人協商。<br />－ 參賽者同意作品於活動評選期間能無限次播放及使用於活動網頁上。<wbr>參賽作品不得在本活動結束前於平面、網路及電子媒體公開發表，<wbr>或參與其他比賽。<br />－ 得獎者同意將得獎作品之著作財產權無條件開放供倡導人權、<wbr>民主理念之公益或非商業行為使用。主辦單位得利用其得獎作品於國<wbr>內外重製、散布、改作、公開傳輸、公開播送及公開上映。<br /><br />七、隱私保護：參與本活動所提供之個人資料，僅供確認報名者身分<wbr>及聯繫，絕不作他用。</div></span></td></tr></tbody></table></li></ul></div></div></li></ul></div></div><div style="cursor: pointer;
