line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">由于长期受附近沙石场作业噪音困扰及水源污染，在多次反映无果的情况下，宝鸡市三和专修学院的上千学生周日举行游行示威，一度使校门口212省道交通受阻。当局派出大批警察镇压，并使用催泪瓦斯对付学生。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">该校学生处的老师周四对记者说，沙石场发出巨大噪音，挖沙还影响了水位。学校为了让学生正常用水，只好到校外购水满足日常生活，但依然不能缓解几千乃至上万人的用水。在这样缺水丶嘈杂的环境下，老师和学生都很苦恼：“现在这个厂子还在这，就挨着学校，噪音太大，而且挖沙石导致水井里的水已经存不住了，都流失了，现在每天从外面拉水来满足吃水的需要。我们对这个事情也很苦恼，就一直希望地方政府能解决。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">该校参与抗议的一名学生小李周四对记者说：“我们现在都买水喝，因为工厂在学校后面采沙子导致水位下降，组织出去（游行）就是想让政府知道一下。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">记者：“警察还打学生了是吗？”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">小李：“好几千人出去，防暴队过来了，发生了一点冲突，还用催泪瓦斯了。现在政府让沙场停产整顿呢。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">记者：“听说警告过这个沙场很多次了是吗?”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">小李：“对，还闹的挺大的，就是因为这个问题。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">记者：“还举着罢课的标语？”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">小李：“对丶对，就说我们今天不上课了，我们这边组织的还挺好，我们几千人出去罢课。后来形势控制不住，人太多了。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">记者就此致电该市县功镇沙石场，但电话无人接听。而宝鸡市陈仓区政府的值班人员则表示，学生们太冲动了，沙场到底是否产生噪音要由环保部门来判定，而对于挖沙导致水位降低，学生自发掏钱买水的情况，她则表示这是学生自己的行为：“因为前一段时间老是停水，学生觉得不方便。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">记者：“警察还是用了催泪弹你听说吗？”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">区政府值班人员：“我没看见，但我没说没有。十六七八岁正是血气方刚的时候，容易盲从。人说话也会有声音，这个是不是噪音，要由环保部门来确定。学生投诉沙场，沙场工作肯定会有一定的声音，政府部门在积极地协调。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">记者：“你们知不知道学生自己掏钱买水？</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">区政府值班人员“有这个现象，那是学生自发的行为。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">据网络图片显示，学生们举着巨大的写有“罢课”的标语牌堵路抗议，还有学生举着白色的长横幅堵在路中央，造成交通瘫痪，也有学生拿着蓝色塑胶凳陆续从校门口走出。多名被催泪弹射中的学生在医院就诊，脸上均敷着毛巾。</p></div>
