style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun">59岁的王宗南因为健康原因,从“上海光明食品集团”退休。这个集团以“大白兔奶糖”闻名,由上海市政府控制。在“光明食品”任职的时候,王宗南领导收购了外国品牌,包括前年花费19亿美元收购的英国麦片制造商“维他麦”的控股权。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"> </p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun">《华尔街日报》报导说,众所周知,上海是江泽民权力来源的大本营,江曾经是上海市长和党委书记,直到</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun">1989年被邓小平指定为中共党魁。在那些跟随江泽民一起升迁的人当中,有一个是继任市委书记职务的陈良宇。陈在2006年腐败调查当中倒台,被监禁18年。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"> </p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun">在九十年代,陈良宇是上海一个区的区长,而王宗南是他的副手。在陈良宇被开除的同一年,王宗南被调往“光明食品”。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"> </p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun">“光明食品”的前身是“上海益民食品一厂”,江泽民在</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun">1950年代曾是“益民一厂”的第一副厂长,之后也一直与该集团保持密切的私人关系。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"> </p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun">上海著名律师郑恩宠告诉《新唐人》记者,“益民一厂”是亏损单位。这个厂给上海国资委管,管了一年多,扔掉了。给“上海冠生园集团”管,管不了也扔掉了。接连换了四个主管单位,都救不了它。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"> </p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun">2003年的时候,“益民一厂”发生了工人下岗抗议事件,作为老领导,江泽民觉得很没有面子。于是在2006年的时候,江泽民授意陈良宇成立“光明食品集团”,将上海食品行业所有盈利企业收入囊中,统统归“益民一厂”管辖。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"> </p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun">上海律师郑恩宠:“由江泽民出的主意。益民一厂成立有限公司,然后上海食品行业所有盈利企业都要归它领导。冠生园集团,盈利集团,全部归益民一厂领导。成立光明集团。‘江泽民从来没有亏损过,江泽民的厂是非常伟大的。’每年可盈利几百个亿。他们就是这么干的。”</span></p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"> </p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun">郑恩宠表示,江泽民在幕后操纵了“光明食品集团”的成立。那么在人选方面,肯定是经过他点头的。陈良宇将自己的亲信王宗南推荐给了江泽民。</span></p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun">7月28号被上海市人民检察院第二分院立案侦查,到宣布逮捕仅仅13天,如此“神速”的办案速度,郑恩宠认为不太正常。他分析,这是因为上海市委书记韩正试图丢车保帅,保住自己躲过劫难。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"> </p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun">郑恩宠指出,韩正跟陈良宇脱不了干系,当年也是江泽民培养的重要对像。后来因为向胡锦涛投降而保住乌纱帽。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:24.0pt;"> </p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun">郑恩宠:“江泽民在上海做市委书记的时候,韩正是共青团上海市委副书记。书记是黄月均。六四之后,江泽民调到中央去了,他回到上海。江泽民当时对黄月均共青团书记,和韩正在六四当中的表现非常满意。共青团是支持上海市委我们的。所以他说,这是上海的两颗种子。”</span></p> <p Zheng Enchong </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">told NTD that Yimin had been a failure. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">It\’s passed through the hands of four different </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">governmental organs in Shanghai, </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">yet it\’s finances remained in deficit.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">In 2003, workers laid off by Yimin broke out in protests. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Feeling humiliated, </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Jiang had Chen establish Bright Food Group in 2006. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Since then, Yimin has been in charge of Shanghai\’s food </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">industry, collecting all the profits gained through the industry.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Zheng Enchong: "It was Jiang\’s idea.
