line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">本周从西藏抵达印度的台湾女游客星期三接受本台采访时，以亲历者和见证人的视角，谈及藏地现状。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">这位不愿具名的女游客表示，进入藏地是作为关心西藏者想了解那里的真实状况，而作为佛教徒想为自己的信念去朝圣。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">“我是来自台湾的，我第一次去西藏。我去了康、安多还有拉萨，总共两个月。我这次去西藏其实有两个目的，第一个目的是我一直以来都听说关于西藏的状况，还有那里美丽的土地，我很想亲自去看看真正的西藏；第二个目的是去朝圣，因为我是一位佛教徒。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">该名女游客表示，她所看到的状况比想象中更为严重，藏人没有信仰自由、言论自由及人身自由可言。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">“其实我这次去西藏所看到的大部分和我之前听到的相同，可是我个人感到更为严重。我看到中国政府利用各种手段造成假象，蒙蔽外界的眼光。譬如说，我看到他们修路、盖很多房子，然后给予藏族各项的补助，可是我感到藏族没有信仰自由、人身自由和言论自由。譬如说康、安多的藏人，他们要申请许可才可以进卫藏，可是卫藏的人也是一样要申请许可才能出来。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">她表示，藏区宗教状况堪忧，寺院和乡村受到严格控制：“我看到中国政府对于寺庙的控制很严重，譬如说他们会控制僧人的人数，然后指派工作人员到每个村，还有就是举行法会的时候会有公安。我觉得我看到的很严重的情况是，中国政府把西藏的文化和寺庙发展成观光景点，可是却有很多人不尊重文化与佛教思想。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">而对于藏区的牧民状况及当地生态环境方面，该名女游客说：“我在康巴的地方就是看到有宵禁，街上做生意买卖的是汉族人，大部分都是。有些人跟我说，政府会鼓励他们将孩子很小的时候就送到内地读书直到大学，然后实施他们的汉化教育。我在牧区也看到，就是真的有牧民的集中营，他们（矿工）占领了牧区，然后有一些大矿场，还有我看到了他们把很多废弃物丢在牧区里。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">该游客还到西藏首府拉萨，所看到的是一片严控景象：“我在拉萨的时候到处可以看到公安，还有持枪的特警，他们可以随时搜查藏人，尤其是对从外地前来朝圣的僧人与尼姑。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">这位台湾女游客最后表示，中国政府企图消灭西藏的文化与信仰，她认为这是最严重的状况：</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">“各地的紧张局势我没有看到，可是我就是有深深的一种感觉，我个人感觉到很严重的局势是，中国政府全方面的想要消灭西藏的文化与信仰，还有西藏人民的恐惧，甚至经济上也是让藏族居于弱势，这是我自己觉得很严重的状况。还有一个是，我感到藏族被分类，彼此间非常不信任。”</p></div>
