「中國梅鐸」黎瑞剛染指TVB – 纵览中国-China In Perspective

layout-grid-mode:char; text-autospace:ideograph-numeric; text-justify:inter-ideograph; ">目前TVB最大股東為持股26%的Young Lion Holdings Limited，由電視廣播主席陳國強、台商HTC董事長王雪紅、私募基金Providence Equity於2011年合組而成，該公司當時以62億元作價收購邵氏兄弟所持有的TVB股權。Young Lion Holdings Limited昨天公告，引入黎瑞剛為新投資者。目前《廣播條例》規定免費電視的控制人必須是香港居民，公告沒披露黎瑞剛出資多寡，以及陳國強、王雪紅等究竟是平均減持，還是一多一少，但是強調陳國強仍持有TVB 26%具表決權股份的最終表決控權人。有關股權變動已獲通訊事務管理局批准。<p style="margin-top:0.0000pt;
