第十届族群青年领袖研习营新闻特稿 – 纵览中国-China In Perspective

第十届族群青年领袖研习营今天早上九点开始第二天密集丰富的活动。今天上午会议的主要内容有：《香港雨伞运动和香港前途》，报告人是香港学联前任秘书长周永康，香港学联现任秘书长罗冠聪，和该学联八九民运时期的秘书长陶君行。另一场研讨会是《中国的宗教迫害和宗教自由》，主持人是对华援助协会主席傅希秋牧师，报告人是浙江省乐清白象镇家庭教会领袖郑乐国先生，维吾尔美国协会的副主席以利哈姆，西藏政策研究所所长图旦桑陪，和反强摘器官医生组织的主席Damon Noto。 <center style="font-family: \’Times New Roman\’; font-size: medium; background-color: #ffffff;"><img src="http://www.yibaochina.com/images/tenth20.jpg" align=" middle" width="500" alt="" /></center> <center style="font-family: \’Times New Roman\’; font-size: medium; background-color: #ffffff;"><img src="http://www.yibaochina.com/images/tenth21.jpg" align=" middle" width="500" alt="" /></center> <center style="font-family: \’Times New Roman\’; font-size: medium; background-color: #ffffff;"><img src="http://www.yibaochina.com/images/tenth22.jpg" align=" middle" width="400" alt="" /></center> <center style="font-family: \’Times New Roman\’; font-size: medium; background-color: #ffffff;"><img src="http://www.yibaochina.com/images/tenth23.jpg" align=" middle" width="500" alt="" /></center> 发生于去年的香港雨伞运动，引起了全球各媒体和民主国家的广泛关注，报告人周永康、罗冠聪首先介绍了雨伞运动的缘起，并分享了相关经验。他们指出：公民运动的发起，首先要权衡所在地区公民社会的能量，包括传媒，司法，社会各阶层的公民意识等，而我们面对强大的’中国因素’，所以，我们大家需加强联系，方能使公民社会不断壮大，民权得到保障。周永康先生的报告，得到了与会者的强烈反响，各族群青年领袖纷纷向周永康提问互动，交流相关经验和具体事项，氛围十分热烈。 由傅希秋牧师主持的《中国的宗教迫害和宗教自由》研讨会，同样给了大家一个充分讨论的话题空间。报告人郑乐国先生认为，只要严苛社会生态没有变革，我们就抗争到底。他说：“对于公共议题，人为切割信仰与公共领域的关系无法摆脱当局对基督教的敌意与错误定性，开放公共神学议题成为必然。”同时，郑乐国先生也介绍了当下中国政府强拆温州十字架的非法行动，这样的现状，引发了与会基督徒的强烈抗议。 <center style="font-family: \’Times New Roman\’; font-size: medium; background-color: #ffffff;"><img src="http://www.yibaochina.com/images/tenth24.jpg" align=" middle" width="500" alt="" /></center> <center style="font-family: \’Times New Roman\’; font-size: medium; background-color: #ffffff;"><img src="http://www.yibaochina.com/images/tenth27.jpg" align=" middle" width="500" alt="" /></center> 西藏政策研究所主任图丹桑佩向与会者介绍了藏传佛教的转世制度，并且再一次指出，无神论的中共没有权力和资格来参与西藏的宗教事务。 随后，维吾尔美国协会副主席伊力夏提向与会者呼吁，希望各位在各个领域为因言获罪的维吾尔学者伊力哈木争取国际奖项，希望全球关注伊力哈木事件。 在中午的午餐会上，美国国家民主基金会主席Carl Gershman 作了精彩的演讲，他非常支持研习营把推动马格尼茨基法案作为会议的一个重要议题和未来共同推动的项目，他建议每个族群提出对他们族群的人权侵害的具体个人施害者名单，然后一起合成中国的马格尼茨基名单，交给国会、白宫、国务院和媒体，要求限制名单上的人入境美国并冻结其海外财产，他的建议得到与会者采纳。面对Carl Gershman 主席对中国民主事业的支持，大家给予了热烈的掌声。 <center style="font-family: \’Times New Roman\’; font-size: medium; background-color: #ffffff;"><img src="http://www.yibaochina.com/images/tenth28.jpg" align=" middle" width="500" alt="" /></center> 下午的研讨会主题是《国际社会了解中国的障碍》，报告人是美国国家安全专家、原美国国会和政府的高官白邦瑞，China chang网刊主编曹雅雪，前洛杉矶时报驻中国记者桑万，英文大纪元时报记者罗宇。在报告开始时，白邦瑞首先称赞了杨建利博士,付希秋牧师是“我们的英雄”，白邦瑞继续指出，自从卡特总统以来，每一届总统都延续了执行一个行政命令，此命令要求美国联邦政府各部门帮助中国繁荣强大，而且不设任何条件，对中国的人权问题采取姑息的态度，因为美国政府认为经济的发展能促进中国人权的发展，但事实不是这样。中国人在中国政府的影响下，认为美国政府有一套搞垮中国的计划，他认为这是很大的讽刺和笑话。他强调美国必须改变这种状态，不然错误会越来越严重，他说国会必须通过针对中国民主化与美国利益关系论述的法律，不然这种状况就改变不了。网刊Chian chang网刊主编曹雅雪的报告，则用具体的事件来证明中国政府迫害人权的事实。首先，她讲述了北京大学夏业良教授被解职事件，然后，又讲述民间独立人大代表参选人刘萍被判刑事件，并指出，许多具体的案例表明，中国政府对言论和思想的控制，已经进入一种常态。在互动环节中，有与会者提问，美国政府有没有从王立军事件中吸取教训？白邦瑞回答：“美国政府应该监测和影响中国政府的决策，但事实并不乐观。”与会者们发出了会意的笑声。 今天的会议，既表现出报告人的睿智与担当，同时，与会者也积极参与了讨论互动，并认为，各地的公民运动，既要照顾现实，也要讲求策略，稳步推进各项工作的展开，方能体现出普世人权的普遍性。 <center style="font-family: \’Times New Roman\’; font-size: medium; background-color: #ffffff;"><img src="http://www.yibaochina.com/images/tenth25.jpg" align=" middle" width="500" alt="" /></center> <center style="font-family: \’Times New Roman\’; font-size: medium; background-color: #ffffff;"><img src="http://www.yibaochina.com/images/tenth26.jpg" align=" middle" width="500" alt="" /></center> 晚上，与会的良心犯讨论了成立“良心犯的孩子”的宗旨、组织有原则等。在同一时间，国际特赦总部办公室主任Steve Crawshaw给与会者一个半小时精彩的有关非暴力原则和策略的精彩讲座，互动也十分热烈。 主办方透露明天、后天的议程将会更加丰富（见附件），后天星期四马格尼茨基法案的原创者Bill Browder 和专家Charles Dividson, Jeffrey Gedmin 将会就马格尼茨基法案开一个讲座，主办单位决定完全向大众开放。 附： Day 3—Wednesday, April 29, 2015 第三天  星期三  2015年4月29日 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Breakfast 早餐 9:00 AM – 10:10 AM  Children of Prisoners of Conscience of China (CPCC)—Organization                                       Launch                      <center style="font-family: \’Times New Roman\’; font-size: medium; background-color: #ffffff;">“良心犯的孩子” 組織成立會</center>              Chair 主持人: Mr. Michael Horowitz Director, Project for International Religious Liberty, Hudson Institute                         <center style="font-family: \’Times New Roman\’; font-size: medium; background-color: #ffffff;">Speakers 演講者:</center>                         <center style="font-family: \’Times New Roman\’; font-size: medium; background-color: #ffffff;">Ti-Anna Wang  王天安</center> Daughter of Dr. WANG Bingzhang 王炳章的女兒              Announcing Founding of Children of Prisoners of Conscience              宣布“良心犯的孩子”成立              Dr.YANG Jianli  楊建利 Founder&President, Initiatives for China/Citizen Power for China              公民力量創辦人              Mr.  Jared Genser        Managing Director, Perseus Strategies        Founder, Freedom Now                     國際人權律師，“現在自由”創辦人                                              Rev.
