font-style: inherit; font-size: 1.6rem; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: inherit; line-height: 1.5; margin-top: 23px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">刘正清律师表示，在庭审过程中，被告人和辩护律师要求审判员披露自己的政治身份，并根据中国有关法律申请有中共党员身份的法庭审判员回避，以免有角色冲突，违反有关法律程序，但有关要求遭到拒绝。</p><p style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-size: 1.6rem; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: inherit; line-height: 1.5; margin-top: 18px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">此案受审的唐荆陵、袁朝阳及王清营3人都是在2014年5月16日因涉嫌寻衅滋事罪被广州市公安局白云区分局刑事拘留，并在2014年6月20日经广州中院批准被正式逮捕。2015年5月，广州中院改以“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”对唐荆陵等3人提起公诉。</p><h2>法院门外气氛紧张</h2><p style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-size: 1.6rem; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: inherit; line-height: 1.5; margin-top: 18px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">而在庭审的广州中院门外，有关方面部署了大批身穿制服及便衣警员，在临近法院的道路上也设立了铁马路障。不过，附近仍然看到一些身穿印有唐荆陵头像T恤衫的支持者。</p><p style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-size: 1.6rem; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: inherit; line-height: 1.5; margin-top: 18px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">据维权网透露，截至周五早上11点半，在广州中院附近已有18名前来声援唐荆陵等人的支持者被当局限制自由。另外，维权网还声称，一些在广州以外的支持者也已被当局阻拦、控制或者被强迫旅游。</p><p style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-size: 1.6rem; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: inherit; line-height: 1.5; margin-top: 18px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">至于唐荆陵的辩护律师刘正清也透露，身为法律工作者的唐荆陵曾在看守所内为自己写了一份自辩书，但未获法院采纳。刘正清还指责法院未能公正处理所有证供。</p><h2>三人参与维权运动多年</h2><p style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-size: 1.6rem; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: inherit; line-height: 1.5; margin-top: 18px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">唐 荆陵今年44岁，生于湖北荆州江陵弥市镇，93年从上海交大高分子材料专业毕业后到汕头工作，98年开始在广州做律师。他长期关注社会问题，参与各类声援 活动，也是《零八宪章》的首批签名者之一。他曾担任多起维权案件的辩护律师，包括2004年东莞兴昂劳工骚乱案、2005年太石村罢免案，并因此于 2005年被当局吊销律师执业资格。</p><p style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-size: 1.6rem; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: inherit; line-height: 1.5; margin-top: 18px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">2011年2月“中国茉莉花革命”期间，唐荆陵被当局控涉嫌“煽动、颠覆国家政权罪”而拘押直到2011年8月2日获释。其太太汪艳芳也曾于2011年3月被秘密失踪，后期关押在家，一天24小时看守，与外界隔离直到同年8月2日才恢复自由。</p><p style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-size: 1.6rem; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: inherit; line-height: 1.5; margin-top: 18px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">王 清营今年33岁，河南省杜旗县人，是唐荆陵的好友，2008年曾参与NGO组织汶川地震救灾救援工作，也是《零八宪章》首批签署人之一。2009年，王清 营在广东工业大学华立学院教授经济学但后来被校方要求辞职。过去几年来，他曾多次与唐荆陵一起参与各种维权及社会运动，也因此多次遭到当局的传唤。</p><p style="border: 0px;
