text-justify:inter-ideograph; ">政改方案出現世紀性荒謬鬧劇，32名建制派議員臨時拉隊離場，連同聲稱有病姍姍來遲的劉皇發，締造了令人意想不到的結果，就是按照人大八三一決定框架制訂的假普選方案，以28票對8票大比數否決。這一個任何人也無法改變的歷史紀錄，與中共中央事前傾盡人力物力、精心策劃部署企圖製造的結果大相徑庭，甚至可說是走向反面，又豈能不令中央先是震驚、繼而憤怒之餘，不查明真相，追究責任？<p style="margin-top:0.0000pt; text-justify:inter-ideograph; ">中央原定的計劃非常明確，就是明知在27名泛民議員和「怪醫」梁家騮的一票不能爭取過來的情況下，決定指令建制派42人全部投票支持政改方案，一票也不能少，目的旨在於表決後開展政治攻勢，把矛頭指向泛民，諉過為歷史罪人，阻礙香港民主進程，剝奪全港500萬合資格選民一人一票普選特首的民主夢。政治上全面圍剿泛民，目的是要達致第二個「硬任務」，在年底的區議會選舉和明年的立法會選舉，全力爭取議席，務求一舉而把泛民的政治勢力殲滅，攆出政治舞台；至低限度，建制派要成為議會裏的壓倒性大多數，足以全面操控各級議會。<p style="margin-top:0.0000pt; ">當年23條立法，田北俊率領自由黨臨陣跳船舊事不忘，跋扈囂張的田北俊今次又再剛愎自用，「壞孩子」的名號只會永不磨滅，長記中央心中。林大輝是唐英年家臣，固然視田北俊為馬首是瞻，陳健波以林大輝為立法會內唯一知己，亦步亦趨，實不難明白；最莫名其妙的是勞聯的潘兆平，既無離場，又不投票，只能以「發瘟」視之，政治前途雖行人止步，但究屬不見經傳的小人物，無足掛齒。<p style="margin-top:0.0000pt; ">為了替自己解說，建制派炮製了「場外投票」的論述，以及辯解因恐防陳偉業拉布才臨時改弦更張，提前表決，以及「等埋發叔」之目的是餘下4名泛民議員馮檢基、涂謹申、陳家洛和陳偉業有可能臨時轉軚支持方案，所以需要發叔關鍵一票湊夠三分之二多數，創造歷史奇蹟等。上述一切荒謬的辯解，無非是向愚蠢的支持者交代，但亦正好說明這群烏合之眾的建制派人人自危，正在千方百計編造故事，謀求脫身，極恐怒不可遏的中央降罪。<p style="margin-top:0.0000pt;
