font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; background-color: #ffffff;"></div> <div style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; background-color: #ffffff;">父亲于2008年9月在莒南县医院被诊断为良性肿瘤，术后感觉病<wbr>症反而加剧，11月做病理切片确诊为恶性肿瘤，立即去临沂市肿瘤<wbr>医院，确诊直肠癌晚期，已转移到肝。同时对直肠和肝做了手术，<wbr>没出院接着做第一次介入治疗，连续住院约40天，我几乎没离开。<wbr>在第三次介入治疗后，我回北京上班，<wbr>妹妹和妹夫陪护父亲做介入治疗和化疗。半年后，病情逐步稳定，<wbr>后来复查，病灶消失了！三个月复查一次，直到2011年9月肝部<wbr>再次长出新的病灶。再次手术和化疗，几个月后病灶再次消失。<wbr>2014年11月，复查发现肺部大面积扩散。我打电话给医生，<wbr>医生说如果不治疗，活不到春节。我立即回家，陪护父亲化疗。<wbr>第三次化疗时，又查出病灶转移到胸骨。医生无奈地说，麻烦大了。<wbr>没想到经过四、五次化疗，病情再次好转，即肺部病灶大的变小、<wbr>小的变少。我们全家喜出望外，医生也连连称奇，<wbr>说这种概率只有百分之几。伊立替康和雷替曲塞联用8次后，医生说<wbr>至少要休息三个月才能再次使用。此时，父亲由于呕吐、腹泻严重、<wbr>食欲不振，身体极为虚弱。但是，仍如以前一样，二十多天住院一次<wbr>，因为治疗胸骨的唑来膦酸不能停。伊立替康停止使用三个月后，<wbr>再次使用，父亲身体仍特别虚弱。医生犯了愁，说除了使用靶向药，<wbr>没有更好的办法了。适用我爸的靶向药有两种，<wbr>其中贵的那种叫爱必妥，效果比便宜的安维汀要好。<wbr>但他没给病人用过，他的一个拐弯亲戚的领导在济南用过爱必妥，来<wbr>他这里复查发现病灶消失，所以他印象深刻。但据他了解，临沂各医<wbr>院没用过这种药，济南、青岛用过。</div><div> </div> <div style="color: #222222;
