vertical-align: top; width: auto !important; height: auto !important;" alt="" /></a><span style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px;">G20杭州峰会前夕，浙江、上海、江苏及重庆等地的维权人士被公安限制自由。重庆维权人士李学志、刘高胜及何朝正三人被当地警方带走强制旅游，据称公安担心他们在20国峰会期间制造所谓不稳定因素。在北京，数位访民在天安门广场撒传单伸冤；有访民称被送往北京马家楼接待站的访民将被直接遣返原籍。8月27日，杭州为峰会领导人车队经过市区，进行彩排。</span></div></div></div></div></div><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><br />二十国集团领导人峰会将于9月4日在杭州西子湖畔召开，作为东道主的中国正在紧锣密鼓的部署。8月26日，在杭州西湖风景区一带，约一千名身穿各色旗袍的年轻女子，手持太阳伞，排队进入运动场。据当地人称，这是志愿者在彩排开幕式和接待各国政要。入夜后，一支有警车开道的贵宾车队在街道上行驶，周边的警察进入戒备状态。而另一方面，访民提供的一段视频显示，在北京天安门广场，多人在向空中抛洒传单，并高呼口号。警察和便衣忙着拾起散落的纸张。地处南方的杭州和北方的首都北京，视频中不同的画面形成鲜明的对比。<br /><br />在北京的山东访民江先生告诉记者，最近当局对访民异常严厉：“访民只要到马家楼门外，一律强行带走，一律送回去强行拘留。现在马家楼的访民逐渐见少。地方政府欺上瞒下，一边把访民控制起来，一边对上谎报称现在访民问题都解决了。其实全都被他们控制了”。<br /><br />8月26日夜间，重庆三君子李学志、刘高胜及何朝正分别被重庆渝北区龙兴派出所、北碚区歇马派出所公安强行带走旅游。本台记者27日多次致电上述人士，但电话无法接通。重庆公民叶昌容告诉本台，警方从他们家中把人带走，强制旅游：“昨天晚上，听他们各自的老婆说，九点钟左右，派出所的人叫何朝正道派出所去。后来，刘高胜的老婆也在说，刘高胜也被叫去了。今天早上何朝正打来电话告诉他的老婆，好像是说政府带他们出去旅游了”。<br /><br />据了解，何朝正、李学志、刘高胜三人在当地因为揭露当局腐败，官员侵吞征地补偿，曾被公安扣押。重庆公民潘先生说，这三人被旅游与G20杭州峰会有关：“这三位维权朋友都是长期被打压的，是很有责任的朋友，他们受到地方当局的嫉恨。从各方面的情况看，他们是因为G20会议部署，被强行维稳”。<br /><br />记者27日上午致电龙兴派出所和歇马派出所公安查询三人的下落，对方称“不清楚”。目前，已知的有浙江、上海、江苏、重庆等地的维权人士及访民被当局限制自由。对于中国政府采取严厉措施，限制公民的人身自由，迎接这次国际大会，杭州一位居民对记者说，当局此举似乎是在向世界显示权力：“这样是显示权力，比如财富、女色这些，你找了这么多女性搔首弄姿，穿着传统旗袍，这完全没必要嘛，是不是。这要是在一个民主国家，完全不可能出现。如果在民主国家这么搞的话，除非你这个总统不想做了，还不被骂得狗血淋头？他是要显示一下权力的优越感”。<br /><br />另外，杭州大部分开出租车的司机因游客减少，连连抱怨杭州峰会令他们收入下降。不过，怨声最大的是海鲜酒楼，他们每天十多万元甚至更高的营业额，已经“泡汤”。一位酒家管理人员称，由于新鲜食材和海鲜运不进城，酒家暂时改做快餐生意，但损失惨重。</p></div>
