line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">黑龙江省大庆市政府前2月14日，聚集了逾万名当地市民。他们在政府前打打着“抵制忠旺，拒绝污染”的标语，拉起横幅，抗议当地政府引进忠旺铝业项目。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">根据现场视频可见，大批身穿制服的警察列队站在政府门前，广场上停泊着多辆警车，还有把广场围得水泄不通的大量市民。一名政府官员则拿着喇叭在现场喊话，安抚民众。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">据悉，拟建的铝业项目距离当地两所大学只有数公里之远。一名当地市民表示，他们都担心铝厂会对环境造成污染，此次抗议行动已经持续了3天。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">“据我知道应该（抗议了）3天左右。”</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">记者：“前两天也有这么多人吗？”</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">对方：“前两天没有，大概几百人左右，今天是最多的一天。污染应该很严重，首先就开在离咱们市区特别近，而且对生态、环境、饮水，包括人的身体健康都有一些危害吧，所以大家才有这个意愿和情绪。我个人感觉这个也不太适合建在我们本市。”</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">大庆市政府2月13日回应称，市政府高度重视转型发展和产业项目建设，更重视生态环境建设和百姓关切。对于能够拉动经济增长、环评达标的好项目要集中全市之力大上快上；对环评不过关、能够造成环境污染、影响百姓健康的项目坚决不上。大庆忠旺铝业项目环保问题不过关绝不推进，环境评价不达标绝不施工。当地政府还强调，希望广大市民理性表达诉求。对于非法聚集、诽谤、造谣等扰乱社会秩序的行为，司法机关将依法处置。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">而一名抗议者向本台表示，政府的承诺没有丝毫可信度，他们一边说停工，另一边却仍有车辆向工地运输建厂材料。他还告诉记者，当地现有的所谓“环评合格”的工厂每天都在制造大量污染，所以他们才会抵制忠旺铝业进驻。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">记者：“我看到政府已经有回应了，但是今天还是有很多人去抵制了，为什么呢？”</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">对方：“你相信政府说的话吗？”</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">记者：“政府说的不可信吗？”</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">对方：“怎么可信？他们说已经停工了，但是大家录的录像还在往（工地）里运输建厂。大家都在市政府门口请愿，现在还没闹到发生冲突的地步，政府说在积极重新评审这个标准，但这个标准已经批完了，还评审有什么意义？政府在撒谎。（忠旺铝业）百分之百会造成污染，哪个市民都懂，大家现在不是傻。”</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">记者：“为什么会觉得肯定会造成污染？”</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">对方：“我跟你说一下，我们现在有两个石化公司，还有总厂，它本身就污染。政府说环评合格，但每年都在污染我们。已经有厂的我们现在避免不了，我们天天晚上受到这几个大工厂排放的污染的空气（影响），我们在吸毒。看到这个忠旺铝厂，我们不能为了解决几个就业问题把我们的命搭进去吧？大庆现在癌症数量有多少你知道吗？每家都有！”</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">本台记者2月14日多次致电大庆市政府，但电话均直接被接驳去了传真机。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">截至14日下午，抗议行动仍在持续。上述抗议者表示，他们会持续请愿，直到有足够的证据令他们确信项目不会在大庆开工。</p></div>
