line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">本周六是中国民主先驱、北京大学才女林昭的49周年祭日， 当天有来全国自各地的维权人士、访民、 网民聚集在苏州灵岩山下打算上山祭奠林昭， 但遭到大批警方的阻挠。 同时也有大批被拦截的祭拜者网民以各种方式纪念林昭。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">来自全国各地的人士在4月29日前往江苏苏州灵岩山， 祭拜中国反右运动中最著名的受难者之一林昭。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">祭拜者陈先生接受本台采访时称，当天遭到公安封山及抓人， 有些人在路上被拦截带走或软禁：</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">“今天公墓的公路个路口挡住很多人不让上， 而且林昭墓地原来是开放式的，现在是四周围用铁丝网拦起来了， 平时门是开着的，这两天就把门锁起来了。 无论是江苏省的联动还是全国范围内的联动， 他就是把很多人到那个地方就扣起来，抓到派出所， 有的就直接不让去，堵在家里， 我们无锡苏州南京有一些人就直接上岗不让去。”</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">据称，现场有大批公安及便衣， 还有一名厅级高官在墓地外主管维稳。 有维权人士反映拍照时被阻挡，有人手机被打烂。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">本台记者当天致电市公安局查询， 但接线人员要记者周一上班再打来询问。 而市政府的一名接线人员在得知记者身份后要记者通过传真提交问题 ，但直至记者截稿时止都未收到回复。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">江苏异议人士华春辉告诉本台， 每年林昭祭日都有大批异议人士被维稳，今年警方也早早对他上岗：</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">“反正我每年都会去，就把我上岗了，国保都在门口把我扣起来， 他就怕429有很多人聚集，像去年、前年429那天， 林昭墓就抓了很多人，听说无锡有一批现在被上岗的， 人数我估计不会少于100人。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">华春辉续指，近几年林昭祭日除了各地异议人士外， 还有许多访民的身影：</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">“以前林昭这个事情民主圈子里面比较多一点， 现在很多访民也知道了，最多的一年去了近千人， 后来由于遭受打压，逐年在减少，但每年不少于200人， 但这两年与访民去了以后人数也增加了不少。”</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">此外，有许多不能去苏州祭拜林昭的民众，用各种方式遥祭， 还有不少网民转发林昭生前的文章。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">福州网民范燕琼告诉本台：“看到网上很多人把这个信息发出来了， 很多人在家里面、在心里面凭吊这个人，就像凭吊六四一样， 每年我们都有纪念活动，都是希望这个国家朝着公平的、有人权的、 宪政的社会发展，林昭发出了不同的声音就镇压她，就像六四一样， 我们要求这个社会公平正义宪政民主，这就是有必然联系的。”</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">林昭是苏州人，原名彭令昭，早年加入共产党并与家庭断绝关系， 在1957年被打成右派，此后，她反对大跃进，支持彭德怀， 站在体制外批判毛泽东，共产党和所谓的社会主义制度， 1960年被以反革命罪羁押，其后被判刑20年， 在狱中写下二十万字的血书日记，控诉遭到的政治迫害。 1968年4月29日，林昭被当局在上海秘密处决， 其母因公安上门索取五分钱子弹费而精神崩溃，死于上海街头。 导演胡杰还曾拍摄纪录片《寻找林昭的灵魂》纪录这段历史。</span></p></div>
