line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">广元环保局官微周六（6日）发布一则“关于嘉陵江水质铊超标应急处置情况通报”，指嘉陵江入川处周五（5日）傍晚出现水质异常。根据监测资料，用于城区居民生活供水的西湾水厂水源地的水质，铊元素超标4.6倍；城市自来水因此中断。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">位于上游的陕西交界段嘉陵江沿线的陕西省宁强县的燕子砭镇、巨亭镇，亦于周六发布紧急通知，提醒嘉陵江、康宁河沿岸群众在问题查清之前，“禁止人畜饮用江、河水，禁止一切水上作业”。但根据广元监测的资料显示，上游发布的预警为时已晚。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">据广元1间酒店的负责人对本台记者说，今次水污染造成有300万人口的广元市城区出现大面积停水，当地只能启用大量的消防车运水救急。直到周日（7日）早上，城区大部分恢复供水。但在发现水质遭污染后，官方并没有即时发布紧急通知，而是在10多小时后，很多民众从微信朋友圈才得知严重问题。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">她说：家里停水，我当时没反应过来。我们个人是在手机上在8点左右从朋友圈转发的，我们才知道的。我们是做酒店的，应该没接到这方面的通知。因为我是酒店的负责人，他们没有任何人通知我。水是今天（周日）早上来的，这个水是来了，但是我们还不是那么放心的用，至少吃的是不会用这个水的。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">当地市民陈先生亦向本台证实，官方没有在第一时间通知民众。尽管一些地方政府的官方通报被网友传开，但他们确实没有收到任何官方消息。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">他说：自来水嘛？我也不晓得，反正这个水停了1天，压力不是很大。你的意思说是嘉陵江受到污染对不对？这个事我们还不知道，不知道是怎么污染的，没有通知我们不能靠近嘉陵江。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">广元方面周六指污染源来自上游的陕西境内，但详情依然不明。官方称经过河水的稀释，嘉陵江广元以下目前显示符合标准。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">本台记者分别致电广元市政府、市委以及环保局，他们的电话都没人接听。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">据悉，从广元以下，嘉陵江流域还有南充、重庆等多个人口超百万的大城市。南充市多间酒店向本台记者证实，除了在网上看见一些广元的消息，他们没有听当地嘉陵江是否存在铊污染的问题，官方也没有提及。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">本台记者致电南充1间自来水公司，该公司的人表示，他们没有接到任何与这事有关的资讯或通知。</p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">铊是1种工业广泛使用的重金属，同时亦是1种强烈的神经毒物；铊可以通过饮水、食物、呼吸等途径，进入人体并积聚起来，引起急性中毒，严重还会损害肝肾。在1994年，清华大学学生朱令被铊投毒案，就是1宗典型的铊中毒事件。</p></div>
