line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">主持人：陈奎德<br />座谈人：胡平先生： 《北京之春》荣誉主编<br /><br /><br />一、<strong>王立军事件开启了中共权斗国际化的大门</strong><br /><br />回首王立军（出逃美领馆）事件导致中共内部的权力大洗牌。<br /><br /><strong>二、中共利用海外放料进行内部权斗</strong><br /><br />这是自六四之后就开始实施的权斗方式。这里主要不是指中共出资在海外办的媒体，因为这些媒体在海外缺乏公信力，没有市场。这里指的主要是一些并非中共主办的海外媒体，北京通过各种渠道给它们放料，然后出口转内销，用于党内权斗。时日既久，获得不同放料的各种媒体，就逐渐呈现出某种对中共内部派系好恶的倾向性。<br /><br /><strong>三、郭文贵事件加速加剧了中共权斗国际化，它诞生的背景</strong><br /><br />1）背景之一：习王反腐，官不聊生，党内权斗的白热化、撕裂化<br /><br />2）背景之二：权贵资金与家属向海外大逃亡<br /><br />中国的权贵和财富精英把数额惊人的不义之财和子女，包括非婚子女放在了西方，那就说明，他们对这个国家的未来并无信心，也不可能担负起对未来的责任。为了自己的财富安全和子女前途，会有更多人试图离开中国，至少也要留一条后路。<br /><br />此外，仅在美国，中国留学生的规模已达每年三十余万之众。这对美国的大学教育都产生了系统性的影响。美国公共电视网络最近刚播放的一个记录片“中国新一代的西方梦“（Reaching West: Dreams of China\’s New Generation）则清楚地表明，势不可挡的留学大潮在中国已催生了一个可观的产业。<br /><br />巨大财富与知情人员在外，是“郭文贵现象”可能出现的条件。<br /><br /><strong>四、郭文贵现象的几大突破<br /></strong><br />1）权斗黑箱洞开：其过程之血腥，其贪腐之黑幕，惊心动魄。过去中共权斗，过程在黑箱内，决出胜负后，由胜利者书写历史过程，妖魔化失败者。<br /><br />2）利用当代各种媒体及其技术手段，郭文贵以一人之力挑战整个国家机器来”讨公道“，竟能够迫使当局派人到美国来与之进行谈判，竟能够迫使当局释放其妻女，在中共历史上是完全不可想像的。<br /><br />3)富商潘石屹等从中国来美声称要与郭文贵打官司，美国司法系统或可进入中国政治经济过程<br /><br /><strong>五、郭文贵事件的可能结局以及国际社会与中共互动的影响</strong></p></div>
