vertical-align: top; width: auto !important; height: auto !important;" alt="" /></a></div></div></div></div></div><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">重庆失地农民蒋祖成7月1日在重庆江北国际机场登机前往香港时，被当地公安拦截并当众殴打致伤。另外，成都黄琦案共有三人先后被当局逮捕，律师称该案近期可能移送检察院。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">7月1日上午，正当中国国家主席习近平在香港出席新一届特区政府宣誓就职典礼之际，重庆失地农民蒋祖成在重庆江北国际机场内打算前往香港时，遭当地公安殴打。蒋祖成当天对自由亚洲电台记者说：“大约7点40分左右，在机场五号登机口等着上飞机。重庆市公安局江北区五宝派出所教导员唐晟，不准我去香港，他就掐我的脖子，把我按在当时打。我的脸上都打了三至四公分伤口。打了我的眼睛,后脑勺起了一个很大的包，现在头很晕很痛”。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">重庆网民提供的图片显示，蒋祖成的面部右侧有一个带血迹的伤口。蒋祖成说，他家的房屋遭到强拆，这次赴港庆祝香港回归周年，如果遇到习近平，他会喊冤。他说：“我的地也被抢了，房子也被拆了。如果能（在香港）遇到习主席，喊冤是可以的。本来我是过去（香港）找工作，也去庆祝一下，习出席过去了嘛”。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">当天下午，参加香港民众七一游行的还有访民。王艳告诉本台记者：“我现在正在维多利亚公园的草地拉着我的横幅，参加今天的游行，就像想把我在大陆的诉求借这次7月1日游行的机会，把我们的冤情报出去”。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">另外，长期关注中国底层弱势群体权益的成都六四天网创办人黄琦案的代理律师隋牧青对本台披露，四川绵阳警方已完成对黄琦案的侦查，案件将很快会移送检察院审查起诉：“我判断黄琦案移送检察院审查起诉，可能时间不会久。黄琦基本案情是当局设了一个套，四川最高领导人讲话说要打击六四天网，由一个地方官给一个访民看。任由他们（访民）拍下来，然后发到六四天网。然后（当局）把这个讲话定为绝密，就构成非法为境外提供国家机密罪”。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">四川维权人士李昭秀对本台记者说，黄琦案涉及三人：“涉及黄琦老师的案子就是陈天茂，杨秀琼，还有雅安的姜成芬。被逮捕的理由跟黄琦不完全一样。廉焕力现在下落不明，他的案子很黄琦没有关系”。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">四川访民称，黄琦与陈天茂等人，已在去年被批捕，杨秀琼则是在今年6月下旬被逮捕。访民廉焕力于5月18日前往雅安市探访访民陈燕明时被公安拦截并带走，至今情况不明。</span></p></div>
