font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: "MS Song", "MS Hei"; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px;">习近平上台以后，逐渐显露世界领袖野心，大外宣工作受到空前的重视。正如《中国记者》杂志发表的一篇文章《把握国际话语权 有效传播中国声音–习近平外宣工作思路理念探析》所说，"党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为总书记的党中央高度重视对外宣传工作，做出了一系列重要工作部署和理论阐述"，包括：新思路：构建对外传播话语体系；新理念：融通中外是关键；新目标：塑造四个"大国形象"；新策略：中国理论解释中国实践。</p><p style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: "MS Song", "MS Hei"; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px;">值得一说的是，这些被归功于习近平的大外宣思路和口号，大有可能是对薄熙来政绩的剽窃。2011年9月第六届世界华文传媒论坛在重庆召开。此时任重庆市委书记薄熙来，据说就是他提出了要掌控海外华语媒体的话语权。正如我曾经写过的一篇文章标题所言："每个官员都姓薄"。大外宣建设也是如此。</p><p style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;
