line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">北京两会记者会日前爆出“史诗级白眼”风波后，被指「假外媒」的全美电视台遭全面起底。本台记者根据洛杉矶的注册地址进行实地调查，结果证实电视台总部只是一个租来的小邮箱，而办公电话的登记地址亦只不过是一栋民房。（黄小山/刘少风 报道）</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">根据全美电视台在美国联邦通讯委员会（FCC）的注册资讯显示，通讯地址位于加州帕萨迪纳（Pasadena）市Lake Ave一个门牌号。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">本台记者周五（16日）去到，发现该店只是一个邮箱、信箱出租点；而这样的邮箱托管点，是为那些居无定所、以及不愿意透露自己实际家庭或办公地址的人，提供代收邮件的服务。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">在该店里面，记者只看见一位职员值班，他拒绝记者拍摄，但确认全美电视台在这里租用一个邮箱，并表示已经有人来打听过，他们亦不清楚这个公司究竟做了甚么。</span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">在本台记者实地查看时，全美电视台租用的368号邮箱里，并没有邮件。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">邮箱出租点的隔壁，分别是洗脚房和一间小商铺，他们亦明确表示，没听说这里有一间叫全美电视台的传媒机构。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">另外，根据全美电视台官网披露的一位姓董职员的办公电话，本台记者继续试图寻找该台的实际办公地点，最后发现登记地址是距注册地址以东51公里外的波莫纳（Pomona）市Grove东街的一个门牌号。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">但当本台记者赶到当地时，发现只是一户普通的小民居，一对80多岁的老夫妻对本台记者指出，他们是民房的主人，这里没有其么电视台。登记这个所谓全美电视台其中一个电话号码的姓董人士，曾经是他的女婿，但现在已与女儿分开，在5年前就搬到帕萨迪纳市附近居住。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">他们说：董红星？没在这（个人）很长时间了，他们不在一起了。他就住在跑马场那边的，5年多了。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">这位姓王长者还告诉本台记者，董红星年近60岁，实际上没有工作。他不清楚这个全美电视台和他之间有甚么关连。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">据注册资讯显示，全美电视台的负责人是一位名叫Jason Quin的人，他对外使用的中文名叫秦嘉豪。根据张慧君之前晒出的两会记者证显示，秦嘉豪亦在北京两会进行采访。同时，这位秦嘉豪还是一个名为美国国际商会的非盈利组织负责人。据组织的官网招聘资讯显示，该机构在北京、成都、大连、济南都设有代表处。公告显示，分支机构需要向该会缴纳管理费用。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">本台记者多次拨打有关商会的洛杉矶总部和北京代表处电话，但都没人接听。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">有媒体人士透体，随著「红衣假外媒事件」持续发酵，中国官方要求全面封杀消息，并禁止媒体人士讨论。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">即使如此，网民对自称全美电视台长的张慧君的自发调查依然持续。其中，她和外交部高官和富商之间的关系，亦逐渐曝光。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">本台记者处理的相关资讯显示，目前一间名为“国智天道文化谘询”、但具有民间智库性质的公司成为关注焦点。张慧君是这间公司董事长及股东之一。而两个股东则分别为机构法人、同时亦是百泰投资老板的林学荣，以及由外交部前副部长刘古昌等人牵头的中国国际问题研究基金会。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">官方资讯显示，刘古昌曾担任驻东欧多国的外交官，以及中国驻俄罗斯全权大使。张慧君之前曾随高层访问俄罗斯及乌克兰等国，亦被指为刘古昌工作。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">《香港商报》前总编助理龙镇洋透露，习近平上台后，曾要求鼓励发展民间智库。但在实际的操作中，一般是具有关系的人成立这样的机构，并可以从中圈到钱，成为官方大统战和大外宣的一部分。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">龙镇洋说：习近平上台之后，有过一阵子提倡、鼓励搞那个智库嘛，鼓励社会智库，同时也催生了一批这样的机构。但是，离开体制是做不了甚么事的，必须挂或者借力体制内的这些权力。体制内你有关系，再用民间的这种牌子，它有它的灵活性和独立性。要两者结合起来，就可以弄到钱，它这个是大统战、大的宣传。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px;
