margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">联合国人权理事会11月6号审查中国人权状况，上千名新疆、西藏、蒙古等受中国政府压迫的族群集结在日内瓦，抗议中国政府侵犯人权的暴行。北京对维吾尔族进行所谓种族文化清洗的“新疆再教育中心”备受关注，是这次审查焦点。场外抗议的维吾尔人手持东突厥独立运动的日月蓝旗，阵势浩大，在游行队伍中形成一道蓝色的海洋。</span></p><p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">“Shame、Shame、China shame（可耻、可耻、中国可耻 ）”、“Stop Killing in Tibet （停止在西藏屠杀）”、“Wake Up Wake up UNO（联合国醒一醒）”</span></p><p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">日内瓦时间6日上午，当中国在联合国万国宫接受人权状况“普遍定期审查（UPR）”的同时，被北京政权迫害的少数民族中旅居海外的人士集结在场外游行抗议。</span></p><p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">台湾西藏人权连线理事长札西慈仁，接受自由亚洲电台越洋采访说：“我们现在在日内瓦湖边，从这边要游行到联合国大厦前。主要是中共（统治下）大家不快乐，我们所有人在自己国家完全没有人权、自由、民主，今天来这边主要是跟联合国、跟世界各地的领导人拜托，要注意这个议题。今天那么多人来这边的目的，主要是要（脱离）中共的控制。”</span></p><p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">抗议群众高举东突厥斯坦独立运动日月蓝旗、西藏雪山狮子旗，手持要求中国政府“停止酷刑”、“停止种族屠杀”、“释放所有政治犯”等横幅，沿路高喊“图博（西藏）要自由”、“东突厥（新疆）要自由”、“南蒙（蒙古）要自由”等口号。</span></p><p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">藏人高举6岁就失踪的班禅喇嘛肖像，维族人则带着失踪家人的相片，要求北京放人。</span></p><p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">美国维吾尔协会主席伊利夏提在游行现场，接受自由亚洲电台越洋采访说：“现场有大约五千人左右，他们来自澳大利亚、新西兰、北美、欧洲各国、土耳其、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦等等。我们每一个在这里的人、每一个维吾尔人，都有直接的亲人失踪，或在集中营里、在监狱里。我们要求中国政府立即关闭全部集中营、释放全体维吾尔人。”</span></p><p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">家乡在新疆的伊利夏提说，他的家人已有多人失踪，他带着妻子、孩子，全家人从华盛顿到日内瓦，要向全世界控诉中国政府正在对维吾尔人进行种族清洗的暴行。</span></p><p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">伊利夏提说：“我的母亲、我的三个妹妹都已经失踪了，我和母亲最后一次通话是在3年以前。从那以后，我母亲和妹妹没有任何的消息，我母亲已经70多岁了，我不知道她是活着还是在集中营，还是在监狱里？我有一个妹妹2014年，因为我写文章揭露中共的暴行，被抓走了，从那以后，她也失去联系。”</span></p><p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">台湾西藏人权连线指出，中国在2009、2013年轮到两次的普遍定期审查中，一共收到其他联合国会员国422点的改善建议，有262点意见被中国政府接受，但实际对照其人权表现，人权改善幅度极为有限。</span></p><p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">西藏人札西慈仁质疑：“2013年他们曾经答应了，就是少数民族的人权、 宗教、教育、文化这些他们会非常关心，而且要给我们自由。结果4年过去了，完全没有嘛，（达赖喇嘛指定的）班禅喇嘛到现在还关在监狱，那怎么会说给我们宗教自由？还有说要给文化自由，那扎西文色为什么被关在监狱？他也是提出诉求要保留西藏的文字、文化而已啊，所以中共讲的话，我们没办法相信。”</span></p><p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"> </p><p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="font-size: 12pt;">联合国很多会员国已形同中国附庸</strong></p><p style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">台湾自由图博学联成员李芃萱说，联合国很多会员国已形同中国附庸，如沙特阿拉伯、巴基斯坦、尼泊尔，这次关注焦点是经过人权团体分进合击游说，有多少会为中国受迫害群体发声？像美国、瑞士等7国在会前会就表态会支持。</span></p><p style="font-size: 15px;
