margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">台湾上个月举行九合一地方选举后，新当选的22个县市长周二（25日）宣誓就职，打破绿营执政30年当选高雄市长的韩国瑜，就职仪式最受传媒和台湾民众关注。传媒目光同时放眼2020年总统大选上，刚卸任的新北市长朱立伦表态投入总统选举，另一热门人选台北市长柯文哲也没排除参选可能，目前民调认为蔡英文代表民进党参选肯定大败，唯有行政院长赖清德有机会一搏。（锺广政 台北报道）</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">高雄市长年由绿营执政，每次更换市长都像左手交给右手，高雄市20几年未举办过隆重的就职仪式，今次就选在爱河旁边盛大举行。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">新任市长韩国瑜出现时，仍然好像大选期间一样，数以百计民众争相上前握手，他与台下民众周旋了十几分钟才能踏上宣誓台。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">韩国瑜致辞时表示，面对负债三千几亿新台币的高雄，要脱胎换骨不会马上做到。高雄人面临的竞争不是来自台湾本岛或者对岸，而是全世界。因此他提出落实中英双语教学，确保下一代有国际视野和竞争能力。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">韩国瑜随后接受传媒联访时表示，两岸政策虽然是中央负责，他无意夺权，但也希望中央在某些领域放高雄一条生路。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">韩国瑜说：中央政府掌握外交、军事国防，我们不能说话，但是在经济，人民要过好日子的时候，当高雄市民传递这样讯息，希望中央能重视高雄市民要过好日子，在接触到一些两岸问题时，希望中央能够尊重地方。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">陆委会随即发表声明还击表示，希望县市长应先掌握两岸关系现况再行评论、审慎发言，以避免造成误解。陆委会强调，两岸关系发展及政策方向是中央职权，地方政府从事两岸交流，应依循两岸条例及相关法令之规范。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">而在新北市长交接仪式上，新当选市长侯友宜反而成为配角，传媒在交接开始前，不断追问刚卸任市长朱立伦动向。朱立伦坦言，将开始投入2020年总统大选。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">朱立伦说：2020是很多民众都期待的，我的目标也很清楚，就是2020为台湾打拼。目前国民党还没有进入初选，我先充电、学习，到各地看看，听听民众的心声。其实不拘形式，见见朋友，见见各界人士，各领域的朋友，大家对国家对台湾的未来都有很多的想法，我们共同发掘台湾的问题，发掘解决台湾问题的方法。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">台北市长柯文哲就职，记者也询问他会不会角逐总统大选，传媒提出柯文哲至少有三成把握当选。柯文哲回应时，并未否认参选的选项。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">柯文哲说：选总统的事我跟你讲，还是一样「天下本无事，庸人自扰之」，没事被你讲了都变有事，奇怪问这个干吗？认真就是好。（记者问：市长，你觉得这个三成的胜率有被低估吗？）跟你讲，没有时间跟你讨论机率，对个人而言机率只有1跟0，所以认真做事就好了。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">民意调查基金会董事长游盈隆表示，根据最新民调，民众并不希望蔡英文参加下届总统大选。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">游盈隆说：在蔡英文跟赖清德两个人之间，台湾的选民会支持谁？结果显示出来支持赖清德的有60.8%，支持蔡英文的19.9%。在国民党方面，结果是朱立伦54.3%，王金平25.5%，吴敦义6.5%。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px;
