line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">当前是全世界伊斯兰教的斋月，穆斯林已进入为期一个月的封斋期。总部在德国的世界维吾尔人代表大会对本台披露，在新疆和田地区，当局为阻止穆斯林封斋，并抓捕了所谓对维稳政策有抵触情绪的维吾尔族共137人。该组织发言人迪里夏提本周一（13日）告诉本台：“和田地区，中国政府在斋月以有‘抵触情绪’为罪名，拘押了137名维吾尔人，当中42人是妇女，95名男士，其中30人因为封斋，遭当局指控涉嫌参与非法宗教活动，目前关押在和田地区公安局，其余的人被关入再教育集中营。”</span></p><p dir="ltr" style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">本台记者就此致电和田地区公安局，但始终无人接听。</span></p><p dir="ltr" style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">世维会发言人迪里夏提还说，新疆南部地区政府为了检查维吾尔族人是否封斋， 近期主办了名为“我与亲戚游和田”的活动，强迫上千名维吾尔人参加各种形式的午餐联谊会，还要与汉人一起进餐。还明文规定在外省学校就读的穆斯林学生，一周内至少有三天到学校食堂报到进餐。迪里夏提说，非常担心有更多的人因封斋被捕：“我担心有更多的人可能因为斋月封斋而被关进集中营，而维吾尔人在斋月受到新一轮的限制和系统性的迫害，应该广泛地引起国际社会的关注。”</span></p><p dir="ltr" style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">按照伊斯兰教《古兰经》教义规定，穆斯林不得吃猪肉、喝酒，斋月期间，每天日出后到日落期间，停止饮食。在伊犁州等北部地区，哈萨克族穆斯林被要求签署保证书，承诺斋月期间不封斋。</span></p><p dir="ltr" style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">伊犁一位哈萨克族人说，当地一工厂内有五百多名妇女失踪，剩下三百多名男性在做苦力：“肯定是（不能封斋），有个工厂，五百多名女性失踪了，有三百多个男性在干苦工，为什么不来拯救我们。”</span></p><p dir="ltr" style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">所谓苦工是当地少数民族被当局从再教育营转移到改建的工厂，被强迫从事廉价劳动的工人。他们每天被迫劳动十个小时以上，下班后还要从事官方指定的“政治学习”。一位居住在哈萨克斯坦的哈萨克人海拉提对本台说：在新疆：“最近有500多个女的和300多个男的，16岁到25岁之间。300个男的做黑工（强制工作），500个女的失踪了，现在被火车拉走了，往哪个方向去不知道。现在新疆少数民族中16岁到25岁的孩子，年轻人失踪的最多。”</span></p><p dir="ltr" style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><br /><strong style="font-size: 12pt;">向境外披露维人现况其家人会被秋后算帐</strong></p><p dir="ltr" style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">一位穆斯林对本台说，他们不敢对外界披露发生在新疆的很多残酷事件，否则整个家族成员都会遭到报复：“我们当地的政府人员说，不能泄露这些秘密，如果你泄露了，你的安全，你家人的安全。一家有10口人，九个兄弟姐妹都在中国，他们9个人的生命谁来担保。”</span></p><p dir="ltr" style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">美国国防部负责亚太印度洋事务的助理部长薛瑞福 (Randall Schriver) 日前表示，根据他们对关押规模的了解，至少有一百万人，甚至可能接近三百万人被强制拘押。</span></p></div>
