line-height: 20px; font-size: 15px;">香港民间发起的“香港人权法造势大会”，周一(10月14日)晚上七点在中环遮打花园举行，声援美国参众两院在周二(15日)复会后，就《香港人权及民主法案》展开辩论。集会尚未开始，参加者已经站满整个遮打花园，人潮更扩散到会场外围。场内挂有写上“香港警察，蓄意谋杀”的巨型直幡，有人高呼“解散警队”的口号。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 15px;">这次集会获警方发出不反对通知书，是港府上周引用《紧急法》制订《禁止蒙面规例》后，首次获警方认可的合法公众集会。不过主办方提醒，《禁止蒙面法》在此合法集会同样适用，呼吁参加者自行衡量。然而现场所见，仍有不少集会参加者戴上口罩，亦有人戴上面具。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 15px;">出席集会的乐小姐，选择不戴口罩参加集会，她批评政府订立《禁止蒙面法》，是因噎废食。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 15px;">乐小姐说：“你以为不让我出面，我们就不敢出来吗？其实现在是合法的集会，我更加不会蒙面，我觉得应该蒙面的是政权，因为他们无理。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 15px;">主办方指晚会大约有十三至二十万人参加，晚会结束时，一批防暴警察一度进入港铁香港站内，并截查市民，期间被市民指骂，他们之后登上警车离开。</p></div>
