border: none; font-size: 1.7rem; line-height: 1.4;">尽管为期2个月的进驻期才过一半，但在中央巡视组进驻国台办前后，几个台资聚集重点省份也已经有巡视组进驻，较早启动工作的地区已传出有财政纪律、廉洁风险，甚至“藉工作谋取利益”等通报，唯目前外界仍无法得知是否可能牵涉大案。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 28px; padding: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; border: none; font-size: 1.7rem; line-height: 1.4;">据知情人士透露，除了高层的政治工作之外，地方的对台工作以借助文化交流、经贸参访等活动“收买人心”为主，也让部分主事官员有了获取私利的机会，部分省份更曾在这两年的巡视进驻中被查获“小金库”。据透露，不同于过去台商大量投资时期，常发生以贿赂换取特权的问题，近几年有些省份台办被查到“经费申报不实”等问题，有些发生在接待台湾民间团体或地方人士参访的活动中，成为两岸交流的“暗礁”。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 28px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; border: none; font-size: 1.7rem; line-height: 1.4;">例如2015年的中台办巡视报告，便公开提出台办系统出现接受馈赠、收取台资企业薪酬、干部家人在台资企业任职等问题，中台办随后也因应中纪委要求，制定《严禁台办工作人员为亲属在台资企业安排工作、谋取利益的规定》、《中央台办募捐和接受捐赠管理办法》。之前也曾在上海台办查到收礼及违规收费的问题，上海市还特别为此订定《市台办涉台接待专项经费管理办法》及《市台办涉台接待礼品管理办法》。</p></div>
