lang="ZH-CN">年当时中国的现实，如果能结束中国极权统治，不问是执政者迷途知返，改弦更张也好，或是改革派崛起，迎合世界潮流，接受普世价值也好，百姓的福祉只能是唯一的标准！那怕是体制未变，能有一些有利于国计民生，老百姓能得到一些实惠，不被饿死少饿死一些人，也是好事。    <span style="font-size:12.0pt; lang="ZH-CN">日召开的七千人大会，在中共历史上，是个重要的节点。往前五年，中共中央发动了总路线、大跃进、人民公社，即三面红旗运动。从而造成人类史上空前的人祸大劫难，执政党的合法性，受到了严重挑战，生死存亡，可能只是须臾之间。虽说这场人祸大灾难，毛泽东不仅是始作俑者，而且一意孤行，毛当然罪不可赦。    <span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:SimSun;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;mso-font-kerning:0pt" lang="ZH-CN">但是，三面红旗的决议，毕竟是以中共中央名义发出的，出了纰漏，都推到毛一人头上，说起来也是不公正的。那些党的高层领导，具体点说，那些位列政治局委员，尤其是政治局常委们，在那一系列重大灾难面前，他们一个个究竟扮演了什么样角色？说的更实际些就是，毛刘周朱陈林邓七常委之间，是意见一致呢？还是一开始就有分歧？ mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;mso-font-kerning:0pt" lang="ZH-CN">还有在灾难发生和蔓延的过程中，特别是当灾难后果已突现，数千万百姓被饿死，已经充份暴露之后，常委首脑们，又都是如何对待的？ lang="ZH-CN">要说清这个问题颇为不易，因为很多资料未解密。只凭演绎推理，两边都可能是陷阱。往这边偏一点，就可能为已经从一党专政过渡到领袖专政的独夫民贼，二十世纪残害人类恶魔之首毛泽东开脱罪责，弄得罪责人人有份，从而无人对屈死的三千多万亡灵负责；往另一边偏一点，也可能只看到大独裁者毛泽东，犯下的滔天罪孽，而忽略了放过了对这场大灾难，也犯过不可饶恕大罪毛的同僚们下属们。而这些人之中，包括他们的后代, <span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-font-kerning: 0pt" lang="ZH-CN">即所谓“<span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:SimSun;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font: mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;mso-font-kerning:0pt" lang="ZH-CN">们，有的至今还在扮演一贯正确的角色，妄图逃过历史的审判，继续享受极权体制带来的红利，成为权贵阶层的中坚，享不尽的荣华富贵。 font-family:SimSun;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;mso-font-kerning:0pt" lang="ZH-CN">年的转机，原来是在这样的背景下发生的。原文很长，现摘编如下：   一九六Ｏ年，从东海之滨，到帕米尔高原，从白山黑水，到锦绣江南，神州大地上终于爆发了大饥荒。不是天灾，而是人祸。中国有史以来面积最大、死人最多的一次大灾难。正是一九五八年的疯狂“大跃进”，才造成三年的大饥荒。且是毛泽东不顾大跃进失败后，为了维护自己的独裁地位，继而反右倾、倒行逆施造成的恶果。   这些灾情报告，大都经中央书记处总书记、副总理邓小平转呈国务院总理周恩来，周恩来再转呈国家主席刘少奇。刘少奇却不敢转呈毛泽东。他历来对毛泽东畏惧三分。   毛泽东亦深知刘少奇于经济建设、治政治国很有一套，周恩来、陈云、李富春、邓子恢也比自己有经济头脑。但他绝不允许同僚们对自己的经济决策权提出挑战。  毛泽东自一九五六年执意推行农业合作化、私营资本主义工商业的国营化之后，一直沉湎于他的那套乌托邦式的经济大跃进、快速进入共产主义的美妙图景里，他一直未能理解：人民公社公共食堂有甚么不好？一九六Ｏ年，在全国一片饥饿声中，北京召开了两次全国性的歌功颂德大会，一为第三次全国文代会，一为全国社会主义建设群英会。继续高举三面红旗，为毛泽东思想大唱赞歌。毛泽东仍不能自省：他已经被供奉在中共政治的神殿上，严重脱离了社会，脱离了民众，他已堕落为中国历史上最大的瞎指挥者，一位不懂装懂的自大狂，权欲狂。刘少奇明哲保身，按下了全国各省区的灾情不报，而只是伙同周恩来、陈云、邓小平、彭真数人去做一些以不触怒毛泽东为原则的“政策调整”。   毛泽东本人是怎样了解到全国大饥荒的灾情的？此事，还需要提及当时的中央办公厅副主任、中南海警卫团负责人汪东兴。一九六Ｏ年的某天，毛泽东坐在南海北岸的石凳上。听汪东兴汇报中央警卫团战士、干部的思想情况，又特别是警卫毛泽东本人的全连战士的生活和学习情况。毛泽东倒是要求汪东兴在任何时候、任何情况下都要对他讲真话，报告事情真相。这是性命悠关的大事呢！毛泽东从来不敢粗心大意的。汪东兴恭敬地望着毛泽东，据实报告说：   全连干部、战士的一百九十三人，从家中的来信中得知家中的灾情，亲人得水肿病、死亡、生活有困难的，有一百五十四人，占全连人数的百分之七十九点八。 战士董方会说：毛主席住在北京，知不知道农民的生活？粮食打下那么多，都运到城里去了？战士许国如说：叫人们吃菜是不是毛主席下的命令？中南海建筑工人每月六十斤粮食还没劲呢，农民光吃菜和白薯，吃不到正粮，不能不管老百姓的死活。他说：电影《万水千山》我也看了，那时生活是苦，但现在农民的生活比那时还苦。战士张立臣说：现在农村老百姓吃的连狗都不如，过去狗还能吃到糠和粮食，现在人饿得没劲，小猪饿得站不起来。社员还说：毛主席是不是叫我们都饿死……   毛泽东愣住了。真是晴天霹雳。他是第一次听到农村的这些情况。但他沉得住气，见汪东兴不再汇报下去，便说：“小汪，多谢你，我是被蒙在鼓里了。我相信，战士们讲的都是真话，真实情况……我想找他们本人再谈谈”。   报告主席，他们发言的当天，就都调离了中南海了。   毛泽东起身回到院子里去了。汪东兴望着他的背影，激动得眼里泛出了泪花……原来是，一天前，朱总司令、刘主席、周总理三位老首长一同来找他小汪谈话，恳求他把农村的大饥荒状况，以汇报警卫连干部、战士思想动态的方式，报告给“伟大领袖”毛主席……汪东兴当时感动极了。给三位老首长下了跪！ 一个小时后，刘少奇、周恩来、朱德、陈云、林彪、邓小平来到了毛泽东的书房里，毛泽东已经服了镇静剂，心情平稳了些，但仍是一脸的沮丧。他没有责备刘、周、朱、陈、林、邓诸位，只是很伤心地把汪东兴的汇报复述了一遍。他说： “晚上有个常委会，把彭真也请来。我先向各位同志作检讨。乡下大饥荒死人。我担第一份责任。再研究国民经济怎样调整。这事一定要抓紧。不要忘记，明末李自成是怎么闹起来的……”   刘少奇、朱德、周恩来三位都舒了一口气。毛泽东见大家仍是你看看我，我看看你。便又说： “少奇、朱总司令，对付乡下的饥荒，有甚么紧急办法没有”？   朱德搔了搔头上稀疏的白头发： “民以食为天，开仓赈灾吧”！   刘少奇望了一眼周恩来，跟着说： “恩来，我们全国的战备储备粮大约是多少”？   周恩来面色肃穆，想了想才说： “可供全国人口一年零七个月”。   刘少奇点着头，对毛泽东建议说： “救灾如救火，我同意总司令的意见，开仓赈灾。自古以来，封建时代，遇上大 灾荒都是这么做的”。   刘少奇的话分量很重，毛泽东听了心里不是滋味，他没有直接回答，只是用眼睛望着邓小平、林彪二位，然后问： “小平，你是总书记，也是大管家，脑子好用，有甚么高见”？   邓小平平日总是愣头愣脑的，少说话，多干事。他先尊敬地看看刘少奇和朱总司令，然后看看毛主席，毫不含糊地说： “这次灾荒来势很猛，面积很大，不是一两年的问题……我看还是先放宽政策。让人民群众自己动手、丰衣足食”！   “开不开仓”？毛泽东问。 邓小平捏着双下巴说： “我们有五百万军队要吃粮，还有八百万干部职工，一亿多城市人口……乡下农民还有野菜、野果、树皮、草根，我们的军队和城市职工，却是连树皮草根都吃不上。所以我说，开仓赈灾要慎重。国库一直不富裕，也不可能从国外买进大笔粮食……话说到底，我们的党和政府，无产阶级专政，就是建立在总理所说指的一年零七个月的战备粮上”。   邓小平这个矮子，看问题总是这么直截了当。毛泽东又看了看林彪、陈云二位，   林彪说： “开仓不开仓，我都同意，只要五百万人民解放军有充足的粮食供应……真的出了李自成，也要靠解放军去解决。总司令，你说是不是”？ 陈云，你的高见呢？毛泽东问，陈云半闭着眼睛回答： “事已至此，有哪门话好讲？赶快研究国民经济的收缩、调整吧！解散食堂，恢复自留地，开放农村集市，救命要紧”。   刘少奇和朱德一直在交换着眼色。朱德忍不住说： “我们准备先饿死多少农民？我们的天下可是靠农民打下来的呀”！   毛泽东的脸色越来越苍白，额角上的又冒满了汗珠子。他又躺了下去，但嘴里仍在说： 少奇，总司令，小平，先开一部分仓，主要发放种子，加两三个月的度荒粮……具体的，你们去定……   周恩来见主席病的不轻，连忙站起来说： “晚上的常委会，仍由少奇同志主持吧。你身体欠安，就不必参加了。我们会尽快作出决议，调整各方面政策，放手发动群众，大搞自力更生、生产自救”。  “也好，少奇，你是能者多劳，拜托拜托。总司令，你是大老实人一个。小平，你是言必有中，干脆利落。还有陈林两位……我是快见马克思的了，今后，一切拜托各位了”。 政治局常委会由刘少奇主持，彭真列席参加，田家英、胡乔木、陈伯达三位任记录，决议立即向全党全军全国人民起草一封《关于农村人民公社当前政策问题的紧急指示信》，先用电话迅速下达至全国各地，内容十二条，农业方针全面退缩，坚决制止“一平二调共产风”。   凌晨一点，常委会散会。林彪单独来到丰泽园毛泽东的书房里，毛泽东的情绪已经稳定了。张毓凤给林副主席上了茶，便退到屏风外。主席说： “林老总，我们可能要打败了……你估计，这回，陆海空三军会不会迎接彭德怀”？   林彪堆起满是皱纹的笑脸，他当然懂得眼前这个军委主席指的是甚么。于是，他汇报起军队工作来： “当前，全军战士、干部，正在深入揭批彭德怀、黄克诚反毛泽东思想的错误言论，在这个基础上，又大力开展学习运动，读马恩，读列宁斯大林著作，又特别是读毛主席的著作。《毛选》四卷，是军队政治思想教育的基础教材。毛主席的书，不但战士要读，干部更要读。军队工作，千头万绪，一定要坚持政治挂帅、思想领先、党指挥枪的原则”……   张毓凤一次又一次给他们上茶。她发现，听了林彪的汇报，主席的气色好多了，脸上有了笑容。
