padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; border: none; font-size: 1.7rem; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">林和立向本台指出，这纯属谎言，去年杪举行的中共十九届四中全会，公报已罕有提及香港，并决定要在香港「建立健全特别行政区维护国家安全的法律制度和执行机制」；而中央政府驻港联络办公室(中联办)主任骆惠宁本月9日「拜会」林郑月娥时，更直接要求港府「进一步」止暴制乱，这明显是在「压香港」，收紧对港管控。他续称，曾任两省省委书记的骆惠宁亦有此经验和地位加强对港管控，而骆数次谈话亦反映他比其前任强硬。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 28px;
