font-size: 1.7rem; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">统计处日前公布，去年11月至今年1月经季节调整的失业率为3.4%，较去年10至12月升0.1个百分点。罗估计在疫情之下，预期失业率将难免升至4%至5%，至于是否再攀升则视乎疫情是否能迅速受控。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 14pt;">香港餐饮联业协会会长黄家和提前表示，预料下次公布的餐饮业失业率数字达6.5%。他又预计，最坏情况下会有逾千间食肆因而结业。黄在一个电台节目上表示，在1月时已有逾100间食肆暂停营业或结业，也有食肆要求员工放无薪假，早前已公布的餐饮业失业率升至6.5%，反映行业情况恶劣。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 14pt;">罗称他称各行各业最大压力仍是租金，而300亿即使未惠及所有人，“但对其他营运人士来说，见到政府都有所行动，希望带出讯息给社会，齐心一起面对疫情。”至于未来经济挑战，他称财政司司长周三宣读财政预算案会有交代。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 14pt;">罗致光又重申，“如果人人都戴口罩就不行”，使用量追不上产量：“你看我没戴，每次我都轻描淡写引述世衞组织的讲话，没病的人唔不用戴”。他指香港每周耗用5000万个口罩，日用700万个，“反而好多有病的人就不戴”。对于被指22日不戴口罩之言论不接地气，罗称：“我明白社会的看法，我自己的看法就是这样。你可以避免去人多地方、减少社会接触，可以不用戴就不要戴。”</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 14pt;">特首林郑月娥一直坚持不戴口罩，甚至在多次巡视社区时仍然拒绝戴上口罩，营造香港疫情已有好转的假象，香港政府不少官员亦跟随老板作风，标榜不戴口罩为荣，尽管包括港大专家呼吁由于疫情目前正处于关键时刻，港人必须要戴口罩出外，不能掉以轻心。</span></p></div>
