padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; border: none; font-size: 1.7rem; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">港府昨(27日)日宣布，委任大律师陈家殷为竞委会主席，接替下月8日离任的胡红玉。委员方面，有11人获续任，但郭荣铿不在续任名单之列，而两年前与他同期获委的其余8人，则获得续任。从名单分析，代替郭荣铿加入竞委会的，是同样具有法律背景的立法会建制派议员吴永嘉。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 28px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; border: none; font-size: 1.7rem; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">港府委任法定组织成员有所谓「六六指引」，即一人不会同时获委超过六项公职，而出任同一公职不会超过六年，但郭荣铿只出任竞委会两年便被换掉，而与他同时不获续委的两名竞委会成员司徒耀炜和孙永泉已获委约六年；另外，郭荣铿尚有两项公职在身，亦低于指引另一标准。民主党议员尹兆坚认为，港府此举是对郭荣铿实施政治清算，破获了港英年代时委任不同政见人士出任公职以求取政治平衡的机制；不过，建制派民建联议员周浩鼎强调，郭不获续任与「两办」的批评无关，但又指郭「揽炒内会的恶行」，已令公众质疑郭出任公职的诚信。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 28px;
