padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; border: none; font-size: 1.7rem; line-height: 1.4; font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">不同议员均表示，之前愿意延任一年，是因为期望用尽方法阻挡恶法，包括容许身处内地的港人投票选举议员、以及俨如倒钱落大海的「明日大屿」拨款项目等，但人大决定表明，中方连拉布、点人数等手法也不能容忍而将运用议规抗争的议员DQ(取消资格)，「看那人不顺眼便把他DQ」，无视法规，日后将难以在议会内捍卫香港的核心价值。他们表示，日后会透过各人的政治组织及工作岗位继续抗争，亦相信港人不会放弃。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 28px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; border: none; font-size: 1.7rem; line-height: 1.4; font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">他强调，民主派议员是民意代表，老板是市民，需要代表市民抗争，不同建制派以北京为老板，只须听从北京旨意行事。</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">对于「两办」的声明，资深议员涂谨申觉得可笑，他在电台节目中反驳道，人大常委的决定其实是中共宣布自己在落实「一国两制」的失败，亦未能遵守已故领导人邓小平指香港需要以「左右要一些，但大部分是中间派」的港人治港原则，拆毁香港。在这情况下，议员辞职也不让，反映中共自视为皇帝的心态，自认为有绝对权威，自忖是老板，早前通过决定让议员延任已是恩赐，故现在辞职也不准。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 28px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; border: none; font-size: 1.7rem; line-height: 1.4; font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">他指出，自北京在数年前发表有关香港落实一国两制白皮书、声言要对港全面管治后，已一直为「一国两制」划定红线，想把立法会变成中国的人民代表大会。但早前让议员延任后，议员不理「恩赐」，继续在议会内就每一条法例争取，这种寸土必争的表现，令北京「顶唔顺」，于是利用人大常委通过决定来取消不喜欢的议员。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 28px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; border: none; font-size: 1.7rem; line-height: 1.4; font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">他明言，不相信今次的人大决定是特首林郑月娥或港府的主动要求，因为林郑在8月就推迟立法会选举而要求人大让现届议员延任一年时曾表示，期望所有议员留任，而当时郭荣铿等四名议员已被选举主任裁定提名无效，DQ了他们的参选资格，所以现在以四人已被DQ而不应留在议会内为由而要求人大作出新决定，并不可信。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 28px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; border: none; font-size: 1.7rem; line-height: 1.4; font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">他续称，由人大8月作出让所有议员延任决定到昨天的新决定之间，只有一个变项，就是民主派议员利用议事规则赋予议员的权力去「拉布」和点算是否有足够议员出席会议。而人大常委会的决定反映北京连他们合法使用权力也接受不了，不就是表明他们只能接受「听话」的议员，但这不是民主。</span></p> </div>
